Meet the dynamic ASWR Team! 


            
Diamon Fisher is a Baltimore based program director, cultural producer, brand strategist and mother. Diamon’s work often explores themes of identity, community, and resilience within the Black experience. She is dedicated to creating spaces and opportunities for Black artists to thrive and showcase their talents. Through her various projects and initiatives, Diamon aims to uplift and empower her community, highlighting the beauty and strength of Black culture. She is known for her passion and commitment to creating positive change and fostering connections. Kim Dillard is a PR/ Marketing expert with a proven track record of making brands and events successful through earned media results, brand collaborations, celebrity and influencer partnerships. Kim has been with ASWR since day one! Monica Reyes is the co-founder of Boogie Baby, a dance party for families that aims to bring people from all backgrounds together through the power of music and dance. Having been involved in ASWR for two years has only further inspired her and reinforced her belief in the power of community. With a passion for strategic communication, creativity, and travel, Isa has developed expertise in media relations. Prior to dedicating time to ASWR, Isa supported a variety of campaigns for clients including Airbnb, TikTok, Atlas Obscura, Lonely Planet, Marriott Hotels and more. Growing up with ASL as her primary language, she’s also working towards an ASL interpreter certification.
